This Crush. She is just over a year old this month, she was bought as a Christmas present last year for my boyfriend. Recently, we packed up and moved down to the Phoenix area to live on the farm my boyfriend works for. The thing is, we have REALLY CRAPPY water. I've been trying to buy distiller water for all of the animals so they don't get the crappy water but my boyfriend got hurt at work and we haven't gotten a workers comp check yet so the money has been a little tight the past couple months. I'm wondering if this is calcium build up on her shell. That's what it looks like to me but this is the first I've ever dealt with something like this. It hasn't been like this very long at all, the water is just THAT terrible. She did she's a couple scutes today and the shell underneath them was normal. The picture was taken today after she shed some.
