I--Our RES, who we were told was male, laid eggs. Five total in the water. We then did the research and found out what had been going on with our poor baby. We set up a place for her to nest but she is not interested. Being a turtle parent newbie, I am now worried that she has not laid all her eggs. She is still eating and moving around, all of the crazy behavior from when she wanted to nest is gone. How can I tell if she has not laid all the eggs? Do they always lay a large amount? Any info or advice would be appreciated.

If it's her first clutch, it would probably be small. You can feel for eggs or have an x-ray taken if you are not certain. Her not exhibiting any crazy behavior is a good sign.
