Urgent Care :: Shell looks like it's cracking??

I'm concerned about Gilbert's shell condition and just needed to know if he's healthy or if something is wrong. I can't tell if this is what normal shells look like but it doesn't look normal. It's looking kind of white.

PIcs are a bit small, but mostly its some retained scutes. From the patterns, feeding might have been excessive/irregular.
