That tank is too small for dry-docking. She can't thermoregulate if she gets too warm, in there. Try looking for a little kiddie pool or a plastic tote, like Steve mentioned. I've used both. Whatever you do, just be sure to keep some kind of soft, loose flooring that she can dig into for security (rags, towels, et cetera).
Some people dry dock around 20 hours, and dedicate 4 or 5 hours for swimming/eating/drinking/pooping--but that's usually for deeper fungus. I honestly don't think Peachy's condition is overly bad, so to avoid throwing off her biological clock, I would start by dry docking her overnight (without a lamp, just keep her in a dry container in a room around 70F). She can spend her waking hours in the tank. Just my $0.02, others (like Steve) may chime in with better advice.
I'm not sure what a calcium "puke" is, but if you're talking about the little floating turtle block, they don't really help. Continue to offer greens, even with the Wheat Germ pellets. Steve, I think the medicine Rjs was referring to is Melafix. A lot of keepers use it to heal sores on fish that live with their turtles; it's basically tea-tree oil (an antibiotic). You'd do just as well to avoid the whole medicine-soaking regimen and get some betadine wipes (only for the first 2 treatments), Hibiclens/Chlorhexidine, and silver sulfadiazine cream (unfortunately, that's prescription-only). It's a human burn cream, but does wonders for turtles with shell fungus. Neosporin is widely used, but it didn't seem to be that effective when I tried it.
Just out of curiosity, what does her plastron look like?
