Hi, I have two baby red ear slider. One looks perfectly healthy but the other seems to have small white excess skin looking thing on his around around the eyes. The eyes could be open up just as fine:) Just that the outer skin look puffier than the other turtle. I have read up about fungus but it doesn't seem like it. Any guidance would be deeply appreciated.

I wanted to post the skin and tank pictures but it is too big.

Try signing up for a http://imgur.com/ or photobucket.com account and put your pictures there.

From the looks of it you need to work on setting up a proper tank with heater, uv, basking light and filter.

Nope, It happened in the water. It seems like the white spots are spreading to his neck. When he stretch his neck out fully i can see three to four white bumps. Is this a fungal infection? As mentioned before the white spots can also be seen on his both front claw and eyeslids. The turtle seems to be eating fine. His left eye seems to be puffier than before but his eyes could still be opened.

The other res looks healthy. Only the one with the white spots is worrying me :(

If its really a fungal infection on the skin, could it be healed natutally?

Thanks

I have not seen anything like that before. They need to be kept separate incase this is infectious. You will also need to look into an appropriate setup.

Try dry docking and applying some diluted Betadine. Take extra care handling him and be sure to wash your hands. I would also check with a vet since he might need antibiotics.
