turtle got sucked to the front of the pump

My baby res got sucked onto the pump in the tank.I pulled him off and his head was in his shell I pulled his head out hes still alive but I think hes in shock. What canI do for him. I have him wrapped in a moist warm cloth

Do you know how long he was stuck? Which part was stuck? Did the pump have a strainer? I'd keep him out of the water for now and check for any swollen or discolored limbs. Might be a good idea to contact a vet and let them know of the situation.
