I have not been here for quite long.. I have questions about my RES, so.... I have a 12 year old female RES and around 3 year old RES. Recently I saw their skin turns pink. It is on their front and back paw. They are still very active and eat a lot. I did give them some pellet which is red in color mixed with their green pellet. I don't know if the red pellet caused the pink skin but I am getting worried. It is very light pink and they bask a lot.
I read from here that it is sometimes caused by their circulation and if it doesn't disappear while they swim in the water then it can be blood infection (I forgot the name of this disease).
Question is, will the pinkish thing disappear as soon as they swim? or it takes sometimes for it to disappear?
Thanks,
Hesty
