Urgent Care :: HELP! Lumps on my RES!

Hi! Please, if anyone can give me advice it would be much appricieted!

I just noticed three lumps on the top of my RES head. She is aprox 15-20 yrs old. I have no clue what they are and
I'm really scared for her.
Please, if you have any idea what it could be, i'd be so grateful
