Hi i have a 3 or 4 year old red eared slider who has never shed her scutes and has white all over her shell. She is about 4.3 inches long, her tank has a uvb light, a heat light, and a medium size basking spot right under the uvb light. The tank she is in is a zilla 40 gallon tank with a fluval 305 filter in it (we try to clean the water mounthly)
I have had my turtle for about 4 years now and the first 2 years we had her she was in a 10 gallon tank and had no uva or uvb lights (because i did not know how to properly care for a turtle at the time)She eats a mixture of reparshy super foods and romain letus, and has never refused to eat, So far she seems to be healthy but i dont know if she will stay healthy if her shell stays in the same condition.
Thanks

Yes, a picture of the shell dry would be very helpful.

I would venture to say fungus ,is the shell still hard?
Try either ZooMed sulfadip ,or Betadine(from a pharmacy) both will treat shellrot and shell fungus.

Yes that looks like fungus. Nearly all mentions of sulfadiazine refers to fungal treatment:

I would do a soft toothbrush scrub with betadine, let soak in for 45 mins then use a sulfadiazine cream or ZooMed sulfadip treatment for about a week then repeat if necessary.
The sulfadiazine cream is by prescription of a vet but the sulfadip can be found at most reptile pet shops,I think Petco has it.

So should i wait till the turtle is dry before i put on the betadine on? And once im done do it again the next week
