Please guys help me with this problem.
I had something grey got out of my female RES turtle's (Bolta) Cloacal, with some drops of blood, the water got cloudy and with a fishy smell which I always smell when they kill a fish inside that water, the male turtle (Migha) got nervous and it left the water to the basking area (outside the water), the weather is about 18ºC .. and the water is 30ºC ...
Pleaaaaaaaaaase help me guys, Pleaseeee ((((((

You need to separate them. I'm not sure what kind of prolapse that is but you need to go to a vet ASAP. Are you sure about their genders?

I separated them, Bolta was bleeding yesterday, but now she is much better, she is active but with this thing out of her.
yes, I think that I am sure about their genders .. but why did you ask about that ?
