Urgent Care :: MY RES WON'T MOVE AND IF FLOATING IN THE WATER!!!!

HELP!!! He won't move , he was active a month ago, then he dident eat after that his neck is sagging and he dosent move. He is 3 months old and he used to much lots of pellets but now he sleeps or doesn't move altogether its really freaky! He stoped moving i tried moving the tub but he dident move then i held him and he dident move but once in a while he starts moving like crazy and the next thing he acts like he's dead WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!????
What is the water temperature- 24-30
Is there a basking light?-yes
What have you been trying to feed it?-yes
When was the last time your turtle ate?- 3 weeks ago
How big is your turtle?- not sure but he is 3 months old
How long have you had it?- almost a month

EDIT: he floats in the water like he is dead but once in a while he springs back to life and acts insane

How big is your turtle?
How long have you had it?

What is the water temperature?
Did you use a thermometer?
Are you using a water heater?
How much water is in there?
Are you using a water conditioner?
Are you using any filtration?

What is the basking temperature?
Is there a basking light?
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on?
What kind is it or what is it made out of?
Is there a UVB light?

What have you been trying to feed it?
When was the last time your turtle ate?

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure?
Is the tank near a window?
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity?

Have you read the Basic Care section?
Have you searched the forums for similar situations?

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms?

Do you know why there's a big swing in water temperatures?

Try giving him a soak in a solution that is half water and half undiluted Pedialyte. Maybe leave some crumbled pellets in there too.

Doesn't sound too great. I'd take him to the vet immediately.
