When I found him he was on his back and was not righting himself. He was barely moing but did move when touched, and when picked up tucked into his shell. I've put him in a small amount of water. I set him on his basking area in direct sunlight and he stayed there 5-10 minutes, slowly moved into a superman pose to bask, then moved into the shade and slid into the water (shaded spot), still superman (<1cm deep). I filled it that low because I was concerned about his lack of movement - I didn't want him to drown if he was too weak to move. His shell has some reddish discolorations. I put some pellets into the water but he has not eaten them yet. He moves around slightly in the water but not much.
