Red eared slider turtle has what looks like neon yellow patches on his shell while in water. When I take him out though you can not see these patches of yellow. These spots have doubled in quantity in a week as to how many he has. They cover one entire square each on his shell.Wipped his shell down with vinegar and didnt look as if he needed any help
shedding at all.....what could these spots be?
