My turtle is lethargic, doesn't eat, doesn't poop and just basks all the time. I've noticed this since yesterday. I raised his water temperature thinking it might help. I also noticed that his anal area is swollen. Last night, when he was basking, the tip of his penis keeps sticking out and then going back in.. It's as if he's straining to get something out of his butt but only the tip of his penis comes out. Today, he still keeps straining but no penis comes out. His anal area is still swollen... Still lethargic and stays on his basking area. Is this constipation? There are no herp vets around my area so I don't know what to do..

he died a while ago. I don't even know what I did wrong.. I checked for other items in the tank that he may,have eaten but it's clean.
