Urgent Care :: Is This Pyramiding??

It doesn't seem like pyramiding since he has "dents", or areas where his shell is caved in. Pyramiding if from feeding him to much and it causes the scutes to build up-his shell would almost look studded. I'll add a picture of it at the bottom. I can't really offer any advice because I'm no expert, but it might help the other people on this forum if you describe the dents - are they soft? Has he had them his whole life? Is his behaving normally? He just looks like he has retained scutes. If he shed the scutes it will reduce that look on his shell. Look into buying a wheat germ pellet like hikari and try feeding him blueberries once a week. It helps them to shed scutes if their having trouble.

It also looks like there might be fungus on the shell.
