Urgent Care :: lazyness and inactivity of turtle

i have RES. it is not eating his food from last two days. also basking most of the time. It had fungal growth on his mouth 2 weeks back but now it has disappeared. what must be happening and what care should be taken???? please help

Can you post some pictures of your setup and/or your water parameters (water temp, basking temp, tank size, filter)? How big is the turtle?
