I checked and I found this site that says it's got the same stuff in it / is in the same category as Pedialyte.
I can't say for certain, as I am not a vet or anything, but I would be ok with giving it to my turtle if it were me.

I know as a last resort people use sports drinks that have electrolytes but I would try to find a better alternative. What else have you tried?

thx for the feedbacks :) i used this rehydron on him for 2 days.. so far nothing alarming happen.. but he's still not eating.. i had been crushing the pellets and mix it tgt with the solution and put him in it for abt half an hour.. hoping tat he will drink some of it..
i suspected tat he has stomatitis or RI.. there is white mucous coming out of his mouth and keep bubbling when underwater.. wanted to bring him to the vet but couldnt find any in russia which is specialise in turtle care..
i have been raising his environment temp and change his water constantly.. hopefully he will recover by itself.. quite relieve he's still quite active at the moment :) anyone knows the best way to cure RI/stomatitis without going through vet? or anyone living in moscow knows if there is any herpvet around?
Thx in advance :)

I'd try to contact local herp/reptile enthusiasts... you might have a better luck reaching someone who can give you more relevant ideas.
