Hello Everybody,
My baby RES is swimming unevenly, unable to maintain proper balance in water, very lethargic, not eating at all. I read it's called listing (a respiratory disease). I just wanted to know what I may do to save the poor fellow. I already increased water temperature to 32 degrees Celsius (to give a metabolism boost). What else may I do if anyone can help me. It's still a baby and I'm worried about antibiotics (also vet not easily accessible over here).
Thanks a lot.

you can try adding pedialyte to his water (50/50 ratio). i also soaked his pellets with polyvisol (infant's multivitamin) for added nutrition. I did this when my turt had RI 5 months ago.

Boosting basking area and water temp by 5 deg Fahrenheit helps for sure. Hope he gets better soon!

How long have you had him? How long has it been since he ate?
