Can you provide more information? Clicking noises is not normally a symptom of anything specific.
What is he eating? What's his setup like?

he is eating pellets and but he is refusing shrimp and greens. the tank has a UVB light, 4 or 5 inches of water and a floating rock that he can easily climb on to. he had eye problems about a week ago and I gave him eye drops and he hasn't had any eye trouble since then. he will not go into the water on his own, if I set him in the water he will climb right back out.

Was the UVB light new? And are you using a water heater? Does he swim irregularly (in circles or listing)?

the UVB light was not new. the water has a filter but not a heater. some times he will just float but usually will swim normally, but only enough to climb out.

Do you know what the water temperatures are? It should be around 75-78F for adults, 78-80F for hatchlings.

I think he died, but I'm not sure why. I found him on the bottom of the tank and he isn't moving. I have gotten professional help for this but something still went wrong. do you why?

Did you ever check the water temp? Could he have trapped himself underwater somehow and drowned? Are you sure he's dead? You say you have gotten professional help, so you took him to a vet before this happened?

I talk to a few professionals online but i did not actually take him to a vet. he was not trapped, he was in the middle of the tank with nothing over him. I am sure he is dead because i did some checks to make sure he was not in hibernation. I know that the water was to cold, but I don't think that could have killed him, could it? I think that he had a sickness that he was hiding from me, I have read that they do that so they do not appear weak in the wild.
