I had used an elastic hair tie that to fasten something in his tank (I know, not so smart). He took it off so it was floating freely in the tank and now it has disappeared. I believe he has eaten it, but will it harm him? the scrunchy has no metal parts, and is fairly thin. This happened about 2 weeks ago and i haven't noticed anything unusual.
