For two weeks now I've noticed that underwater Henry's shell looks dusty. I tried cleaning it with cotton buds last sunday. the cotton buds turned orange. scrubbed the entire shell and used about 6 cotton buds. But out of water the shell seems fine. I'll try posting a pic. He's active, regularly basks, eats and poops regularly. What could be wrong?
