Call any vet within your driving distance. One vet may charge $100.00 for a visit + medicine another may charge $50.00 + medicine. Some may be able to help you by allowing you to put half down and make payment. Maybe a friend or family member has a credit card that can be used then you pay them back. Be creative it sounds like it may be early RI which is good you're so attentive and caught it early. Good Luck!

Are there any symptoms besides chirping? You need to answer some to the questions on the page that's linked in my signature.

Yesterday I seen him opening his mouth when he chirps. That's about it.

Alright, like I said it might not be a symptom of an illness. How often is it chirping? Is it only at specific times (morning, evening, etc)?

My  Zeus chirps all the time. He probably started about a year ago. I would say he makes the sound about 20 or more times a day, and aside from a mild fungus a month back, he's healthy as can be. A few years ago I heard him sneeze once, and warming up his tank made him all better... You can tell when they are sick. If you can't tell what your RES needs, trust me they will train you in no time.
