I don't think those turtles are supposed to be kept like that, so that's why I'm posting it on urgent care. I think someone who is responsible needs to go get them if possible.

You're right Steve. No live animals can be sold on ebay. It says so in their policy if you look it up. The seller is in violation of this. hmmm... Should we let ebay know?

I thought about it too this morning that you aren't supposed to sell them on ebay. But then I thought, what happens if we report it? What's gonna happen to those turtles yah know.

It looks like the auction was allowed to continue until its end. How sad!

I don't think it's a violation of eBay's rules because the turts aren't actually being sold. It happens all the time. Buy the tank, get the turtles. I don't think it's right either but I don't think they can ban people from doing it like that.

I was watching that and thought how sad that they allowed it to continue. Why have rules and policies then? :(

I emailed them too, when I saw it, even though the auction was done. Since the auction was finished, though, it's too late really for it to be stopped. :(

the auction wasn't done here is what it said "This listing (#7739641606) has been removed or is no longer available. Please make sure you entered the right item number.

If the listing was removed by eBay, consider it canceled"
