Ok. I can't just read this and not say anything. I wrote an article on Musks and Muds. They are in fact bottom dwellers and stay in shallow ponds, little reservoirs in rivers (where the water in very calm), and shallow parts of lakes. This is because they are not very good at swimming, just like drumcrush said. Kansasslider, I don't mean any offense by the following, just a suggestion. Maybe drumcrush's method of raising his baby stinkpot isn't exactly how you would do it, but even if it was right or wrong, what's done is done; you can't do anything about it now, nor can anyone. There is but one thing you can do, which is offer advice rather than just tell drumcrush that he's wrong and put him down. Again, just a suggestion. Good day.

I'm sorry about your loss. Seems like he never recovered from his earlier issue.
