Hi guys, I have two RES who have been living together for a year now. Today I just saw that one of mine has a wound on his claw and looks like I can completely see the flesh. How dangerous is this and how urgently do I need to take them to a vet.

I'd separate them and dry-dock the injured turtle. If it stops bleeding, the nail could regrow. If it doesn't stop bleeding, becomes discolored, or shows swelling it should be seen by a vet.
