Hi guys, my red eared slider - that I got in January this year is still really small, he's healthy at the moment. I have three more turtles and one of them is a lot bigger. It used to be the same size as the smallest one during June, I'm not sure if I'm something is wrong with him. I got him from the flea market, they treat the turtles there like as if they are toys.

Are they kept together in the same tank? Are you sure he's eating?

He doesn't eat much, like usual and recently one of my turtles passed away from RI, he sleeps a lot and has swollen eyes at the moment

It might be a good idea to keep him separate from the others. What kind of things are you feeding him?

And you are sure he's eating? He might have a hard time getting his share if he's kept with bigger turtles.
