Hello I have 3 red eared slider and they all have a white flim on them that is only visible while they are in the water the water is also cloudy and looks like is has a flim on the top of it can anybody give me some advice on what this could be and what I should do about it

Can you post a picture of it? The film on the water is probably protein, which forms when there is no surface agitation.

What kind of filter are you using? The film on the turtles might be them shedding skin.
