I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this on a red ear slider before. My son showed me and said its been this way for about a week or two. Any suggestions would be helpful

Is it something stuck in the cloaca? Someone recently posted pictures of an intestinal prolapse, but it was not disc shaped.
