LOL Oh dear.

It's not the first time I've noticed it since Sheldon became melancholy. Good news is - she's still basking. Should I be worried?

Sheldon is a turtle of many names - Shelly, Sheldon, Sheldora the Magnificent, Bugga Boo, Schmoopsie Poodle, - the list is endless.

As for Steve, Yes definitely waiting to see what he says.

Thanks. A little less melancholy this am. Seems like the afternoon is when she's really mopey but that could be because she's been basking all day and is ready for a nap. *shrugs*

Well as this website knows and certainly my vet - Sheldon never does anything halfway. If we're going to have a fungus - we're going to have it for 6 months. If we're going to have a potty problem - it might as well be from eating my basking platform.

Hence my overly concerned nature. Worry wort that's me.

lol ah turtles.

Caught mine on her basking platform after her light went out. She gave me a look when I picked her up to check her shell. Must have been baking a long time - lots of flaky stuff - we're getting so close to scutes coming off - I can feel it.
