Cabbage doesn't have much nutritional value. Try red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, romaine, or aquatic plants. He should take to the pellets pretty quickly. What is the temp of the warm water? Do you have a heater? Thermometers?

I have an aquarium thermometer. I think he is now comfortable with his baski.g area as I kept 40W lamb in it. I gave all the things whatever turtle eats but still she is not eating. I consulted to Vet he said he will be fine just sudden change in climate led him inactive and not eating things. :-)
I m lil tensed and I ordered an aquarium tank too as right now I m keeping her in box...... So it will take a week for tank setup.
