Hi I am Percy (garothmaan) I have a RES its 7 years old and past 2 months it is lying in one corner of my house and sleeps all the time. Is it Hibernating. I am in Mumbai, India- its monsoon season here and its about 304deg C here. I feed it pellets and vegies. It has pooed a little blood I presume this morning and it had a little infection on its tail. Please help

RES should not be in a hibernating state in warm climates. Does it do this every year? For how long?

Do you mean the corner of his tank? He is in water correct?

Dear Friends, Bingo just expired yesterday evening and today I cremated it in the morning after giving it our rituals.

Yes it had been doing this for all past 3 years. Anyways its too late now, god bless you all. I have another 1 with me its fine and eats regularly. I'll be in touch.
