I have two RES, Minn and Gamera, that came from a flea market in 2007 when they were just little guys. I knew what was involved in caring for them, thanks to the East Bay Vivarium in Berkeley, and got them a 10 gallon tank. I later moved them to a 100 gallon tank.
Minn started attacking Gamera so now Gamera lives in his own 75 gallon tank. They're about the size of a dessert plate. They each have basking platforms and enjoy begging for food and chasing fingers.
This forum was one of the places I looked for information at the beginning, along with a LiveJournal group. Now I have more questions and I'm been confused by answers I got in FaceBook groups (not yours), so want to ask here.
