My red eared Sliders laid a single egg

:mrgreen: :msgreen: i have four RedEar sliders idk witch one but one laid a single egg . Normally they eat the eggs. Now i have no ideal what do with the egg it also caved in on one side when i picked it up I haven't got one clue how to tell if it is a good egg or a bad egg HELPPPPPPPP :mrgreen: :msgreen:

If it's caved in, you can throw it away. Are all your RES females? If it was laid in the water and in there too long, it wouldn't be viable.

You mentioned that normally they eat their eggs...they have done this before? There is a good page on this site that explains why turtle lay eggs in water. It might help in the future. http://redearslider.com/physical_conditions.html
