If you think the may be getting tired put some plants in there so they can rest on them. I use the fake plants with suction cups on them. I just stick some on the side of the tank to hide in and the bottom so they can rest on em.

I do have a plant in there as of yet its still untouched but now all 6 rosies have been eaten :D

I have a bubble wand along the back wall of my tank. Mr. Turtle plays with them sometimes, and i've seen him even try to bite them lol.

I don't think my turtle would be able to float on plants. He is 5" or more, and I don't think they make plants big enough for him to float on. He would just sink right to the bottom!! :lol:
