Covering Glass Walls
Posted: Wed Aug 12, 2009 7:59 pmi have to use a glass tank for now, but i was wondering what to put on the walls so that my box turtle doesnt get stressed?

Posted: Wed Aug 12, 2009 8:58 pmLol, tracks, I have construction paper covering the side of the tank where the basking spot is. I picked my turtles' favorite color, too.
If you want to be creative, you could always draw your own design, or have a friend draw a design for you on blank paper. Maybe even print out some pictures off of the internet and tape them around the tank. It'll give your turtle something to look at.

Posted: Wed Aug 12, 2009 10:09 pmYou could use construction paper, you could use white paper, you could cut up cardboard and tape it on there. You could get a dry erase marker and draw on there. You could also tape cotton balls on there or leaves or dirt. 
You can put anything on the outside of the tank as it doesn't interact with your turtle.
