is iceberg lettuce safe? or no?

Iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value. Not good. I also read somewhere that broccoli isn't the best either. I don't know about RT's as I have a Cherry Head, but I think it would be the same. Look at the care sheets that Steve posted.
