I've seen a few of these. It's still totally unnecessary and I've never seen a reasonable justification of using a pinky. :(

Plus, its not the best use of Drowning Pool either.

I have never seen the need to feed Sheba a mouse. There are so many other sources of protein out there that are cheaper and less messy! And having had Sheba for so many yrs, making "less of a mess" has a lot of appeal!

BUT, I am not applying the same thinking to pet snakes, since those are obviously very different than our turts. :)

Sorry, I'm not even going to watch this. I'm assuming I'd have the same reaction watching a fish be ripped apart.

If the feeder fish are a bigger size, Sheba oftentimes bites them in half. It gets very messy. Thank goodness she is a pig & eats them quickly....

I have never fed my turtles feeder fish, and I have explained why in previous posts.

...ive fed paco minows before... but... he doesnt literaly kill them in the water.. he has a habbit of dragging them onto the dock.. then letting thems sit there until they stop flopping.... then pull em bakc into the water after they drown. i have no idea why he does that... any idea why. (sorry about that pointles story,... i have a habbit of getting off topic) but i rareley feed paco feeder fish cause they usualy wind up in peices in the filter...and i grow attached to them.. so... i dont want to see them die

I think Paco will be none the worse for not getting feeder fish. :)
