They both are being offered free to me at the moment. If indeed it is a hypo and I get it, I would possibly breed it this after getting it cleared medically by a exotic vet. I may just pick them both up and get better photos to determine. If they are both normal, they will be given to the wildlife center here to put on display as they do with all donated snakes, turtles and alligators . I hope it is hypo honestly and both turtles in this tiny tank look very unique with one showing signs of being hypo and the other have such a wonderful pattern to it.
