George doesn't have a lamp yet, so she gets sunlight in the dining room. Then I bring her in to the living room, and I swear she pays attention to the TV. Don't they have better sight and sound ability than humans?

Sight should be similar, sound less so but I'm pretty sure they are excellent at feeling vibrations.

My turtle doesn't usually seem too interested in the tv. But the other day I was watching Turtle: The incredible Journey on Netflix and I swear it looked like he was slightly interested. Then they started talking about baby sea turtles journey to the sea and talking about there predators and showing that so I turned it off. I didn't want to frighten him! Lol

Yertle really seems to like watching my boyfriend play video games. Sometimes she'll position herself on her basking platform so she can watch. Her favorites are Mortal Kombat, Grand Theft Auto V, and the Lego Games (my preference when I play the PS3).

I figured out what games she likes, after I noticed when my boyfriend would pause the game for a minute, Yertz would look at him like "Why are we stopping?"

Soooo cute! George is very observant. And she's coming out of her shell (pun!) more and more each day. I love her.
