I was tinkering with my IPhone photo setting to get the vibrant colors of 2020’s shell. 2020 is a farm hatched Rio Grande RES. He was hatched in Feb of 2020 hence his name amidst this COVID-19 pandemic. I got him from a breeder in Florida and he was the size of a silver dollar, I’d say a bit over and inch or so. He is now 2 and 3/8th of an inch SCL. His shell is nice and smooth minus shedding scutes, and is eating well and grazing on red leaf, green leaf and Romain lettuces, dandelion greens, collard greens and turnip greens rotated weekly for daily grazing. Greens are always in the tank. The Mega-Ray lamp in holding well. I will do measurements of it’s output in the next day or so in the habitat forum. I’m giving him a couple ReptoMin baby pellets every other day. Hope you all enjoy

No not yet. Toku was inside last spring but in the big tank in another room before him and Boba went outside for the summer when the temperature was warm enough. I plan on them all possible meeting this fall when things cool down. Although I might leave Toku and Boba outside for winter. I haven’t decided yet.

Are Toku and Boba are kept together and how are you liking them outside?

Yeah Toku and Boba are together outside. They were together inside as well. Boba is a soft shell so he hangs out on the bottom for the most part I don’t have problems with them two. But I suspect with 2020 and Toku we could see a problem. I’m glad I got multiple tanks if needed. Oh and I just got a good pic I’ll post it!
