Aww, Dumbork looked like she had a good time with that fish!

The bubbles coming up from the left side of the tank - is that from a filter or a bubble wand? I am just curious because I have seen something similar in other videos, but wasn't sure what it is.

that is from a filter! no worries there - i upgraded the filter so no more strong currents! she looked like she's having fun though. she always want to stay on top of the bubbles.

Hello! Since the sun was out this weekend we went into the roof to catch up some rays.

Dumbork started to shed last year, thin small pieces, and some of her scutes are starting to lift. When dry, the scutes seem to have white edges(see close-up vid). Should I be concerned? Thanks!

Hard to tell from a video, can you post a picture? Though the white might just be from minerals in the water.

I think it's just a combo of shedding and mineral deposits, very normal.

nope, that time is her once-a-month treat:mangoes. I left her for 10 measly seconds, and that piece is gone! Just this morning she is scratching herself silly - reminded me of those turtle dancing/itching/scratching videos on youtube! it's so funny, her butt moves left and right and up and down. I will try to upload a video.
