I have seen him in this pose the last few days but didn't have the camera handy. I was able to get the camera and grab a couple pics before he moved:)

Yeah he doesn't beg as much as the turtles I've seen and had before but he will sit there now and watch me and my beagle. I think he feels more secure being in the water and just watching us go in and out of my bedroom. I did catch him basking when I woke up yesterday afternoon( flying nights this week)
