I let eggplant run around on my desk (making very sure not to let him jump off!) and he seemed to enjoyed my nice warm laptop.

Update! eggplant makes some new friends!
I made the two charms for my mother's friend, and she's paying me for them! Woo! They're each about as big as a penny, so maybe you can compare that to Eggplant now? He's grown quite a bit! He's even shed some paper-thin scutes! Wow.

Yeahhh...the charms are made of clay, and yes, they're handmade, and yes, I realize they're not perfect representations of RES's. Try working with soft pieces of clay smaller than your fingertips! XD I tried my best. Maybe I should make some RES earrings next?

I like the little ones as well I have a collection of turtle trinkets that my clients bring me none look exactly like the real things. You did good with yours!

So I recently upgraded Eggplant's tank, got him a new filter, and a more efficient heat lamp and tank heater. He seems to be loving it! I was surprised to see he could climb up on the filter so easily. He seems to love it.
